Prof. Dr. Emre Biçer graduated from the Department of Chemistry at Ankara University in 2003, where he also completed his master's degree and doctoral studies in 2006 and 2012, respectively. He has held various positions, including appointments as an Associate Professor and later as a Professor at Sivas Science and Technology University. Throughout his career, he has worked at prestigious institutions such as TÜBİTAK MRC Energy Institute, Sabancı University Nanotechnology Research and Application Center, and Vestel Electronics.
Prof. Dr. Biçer has made significant contributions to the field of chemistry and engineering, with a notable publication record. He has authored 26 articles published in SCI journals, presented 50 papers at national and international scientific meetings, and contributed to one published book and four chapters in books, three of which are international.
