Natalia A. Shnayder is a Neurologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Neurophysiologist, D.Med.Sc., Professor, and Chief Researcher and Deputy Head of the Institute of Personalized Psychiatry and Neurology, V.M. Bekhterev National Medical Research Center for Psychiatry and Neurology, Saint Petersburg, Russia. She is a Leading Researcher at the Shared Core Facilities Molecular and Cell Technologies, V.F. Voino-Yasenetsky Krasnoyarsk State Medical University, Krasnoyarsk, Russia. She received her Master’s degree in Neurology from Krasnoyarsk State Medical University, Krasnoyarsk, Russia, in 2005. She is a member of the Presidium of the Russian Society of Neurologists, a member of the Russian Society of Psychiatrists, a member of the Russian Association of Functional Diagnostics Specialists and a member of the Russian Branch of International League Against Epilepsy.

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Al-Zamil is a Professor in the department of physiotherapy at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, Moscow, Russian Federation. He is also the Head of the Department of Restorative Medicine and Neurorehabilitation at the Medical Dental Institute, Moscow, Russian Federation. Al-Zamil Mustafa has published more than 200 original, full scientific papers, mainly on Neurorehabilitation, clinical neurology, electrotherapy, physiotherapy, and reflex therapy. He is a correspondent member of the European Academy of Neurology (EAN) and a member of the Russian association of Neurophysiology. He holds 10 patents for inventions in the field of neurology and neurorehabilitation. He lectures and teaches the following subjects: neurorehabilitation, neurology, electrotherapy, physiotherapy, reflexology, and electromyography. He received his PhD degree after a successful defense of his thesis from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. In 2017, he wrote a Doctoral thesis entitled “Complex non-drug Therapy in the Treatment of diabetic polyneuropathy”. His Doctor of Medical Sciences degree was awarded after the successful defense of the thesis by Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University. He was a Certified neurologist in 1999, certified functional diagnostic (EMG, EEG, EP, Ultrasound duplex scanning of head and neck vessels) in 2002, and certified physiotherapist in 2014.
Prof. Dr. Marina M. Petrova is a Professor and the Head of the Department of Outpatient Therapy and General Practice at Prof. V.F. Voyno-Yasenetsky Krasnoyarsk State Medical University, Krasnoyarsk, Russia. She received her Ph.D. in medicine from Krasnoyarsk State Medical University. She is also a Cardiologist at the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University. She mainly works on Comorbid pathology in patients with diseases in the cardiovascular system, heart failure, kidneys, and genetics of new oral anticoagulants.
Dr. Regina F. Nasyrova is the Chief Researcher and head of the Institute of Personalized Psychiatry and Neurology, Federal State Budgetary Institution “V.M. Bekhterev National Medical Research Center for Psychiatry and Neurology” of the Ministry of Health of Russia, St. Petersburg, Russian Federation. Her research mainly focused on Clinical Psychiatry, Neuropsychopharmacology, Biological Psychiatry, Psychiatric Genetics, Metagenomics, Pathogenesis, Biomarkers, and Oxidative Stress. She received her D.Sc. in Medicine.
