PhD student of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, specialty "Genetics". Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Responsible executor of budget projects of the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Executor on Genetics in project “Comprehensive assessment of the state of fish resources and other hydrobionts of the main fishing reservoirs of Kazakhstan and the development of scientifically based recommendations for their sustainable use”. Interests and focus in genetics of rare, endangered, and alien fish species of Kazakhstan waterbodies. The main goal of studying rare and endangered species is to conserve the native ichthyofauna. The ichthyofauna of such waterbodies as the Aral and Caspian Seas, Lake Balkhash and Markakol, the Zhaiyk, Syrdarya, and Ile Rivers are being studied.
