Dr. Yihai Fang is a Senior Lecturer in Construction Engineering and Management at the Department of Civil Engineering at Monash University. He received his B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Tongji
University, China in 2011, and his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia
Institute of Technology in 2016. Before joining Monash, he worked as a
Postdoctoral Associate at the College of Design, Construction and Planning at
the University of Florida. His research interests include construction
automation and informatics, construction robotics, digital twins for
construction and built environments, and construction safety and human factors.
