Eleni Papachristou is a postdoctoral
Biochemistry and Clinical researcher at the Aristotle University of
Thessaloniki. She received a Bachelor of Applied Science, Master of Science in Biochemistry,
and PhD in Biochemistry from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She
obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Medizinische Hochschule, Hannover. She is
skilled in recombinant DNA, mutagenesis, phosphorylation, cancer research, and
cell culture.
Theodora Choli-Papadopoulou is a Professor
of Biochemistry at the School of Chemistry, Laboratory of Biochemistry,
Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She obtained her PhD at Aristotle
University of Thessaloniki. She has developed a high degree of interdisciplinary
research collaborating with numerous foreign and national researchers for the
bio-functionalization of scaffolds/surfaces and nano-devices mimicking protein
synthesis at the nanoscale. Her research is focused on the nano-technological
approach to emerging scientific problems in the field of synthetic biology,
biomaterials, and bio-nano-functionalization of thin layers, scaffolds, and
other implantable materials. She has been an organizer, co-organizer, and member of
scientific advisor committees for several national and international
conferences.
