Xiaoqing Zeng was born in Jiang’xi province, China in 1975. He obtained his Ph.D. degree at Central South University in China in 2003. Then he joined the Department of Information Management, Changsha University of Science and Technology as a lecturer and became an associate professor in 2005. He conducted his postdoctoral research in Data Mining and Optimization in Research Lab, FEDS, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd., between 2009 and 2012. His current research is focused on power market, big data analysis, intelligence in finance and accounting, traceable logistics in emergency management. He is a senior member of the China Computer Federation.
