Dr. Stanislava Ivanova joined the Department of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medical University of Plovdiv in September 2013 as an assistant professor and became an associate professor in November 2017. She is a member of the Kalin Ivanov’s Lab. Her skills and expertise mainly include steroids, nutritional supplements, exercise performance, sports medicine, high-performance liquid chromatography, ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC), pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutical chemistry, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry.
Dr. Kalin Ivanov has worked at the Department of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medical University of Plovdiv, since May 2007, and he is currently an associate professor. Furthermore, he is the head of the Department of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry and the head of the Kalin Ivanov’s Lab. His current research is on plant adaptogens and molecules isolated from medicinal plants. His skills and expertise mainly include food analysis, food and nutrition, chromatography, mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
