Author Biographies

Dr. Stephanie Liang-Hsien Cha is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in the Adult Critical Care Division. She earned her M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her anesthesiology residency at Johns Hopkins in 2014 and remained in ACCM for her fellowship training in Critical Care. She became an anesthesiologist because she enjoys solving problems within the overlapping realm of medicine and surgery.
Dr. Megan Presley Kostibas is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at the  Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She serves as the fellowship program director of the Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship. She earned her M.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She completed her residency at Johns Hopkins, where she also performed fellowships in cardiothoracic anesthesiology and critical care medicine.
