Author Biographies

Zhen Zhuang obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from Guangzhou Medical University in 2022. Currently, she is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, focusing on research areas such as T-cell immunology, respiratory viruses, and vaccine development.
Jianfen Zhuo graduated with a bachelor's degree in medical laboratory technology from Guangzhou Medical University in 2017 and is currently working towards an MD degree in Pathogenic Organisms. Her research focuses on respiratory viruses, gut microbiota, immunity, and Treg cells.
Yaochang Yuan received his Doctor of Microbiology degree from Sun Yat-sen University in 2022. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, focusing on research areas such as SARS-CoV-2 vaccines, adaptive immunity, and nanoparticle vaccines.
Zhao Chen completed his bachelor's degree in medical laboratory technology at Guangzhou Medical University in 2018 and is now pursuing an MD degree in Immunology. His research interests lie in respiratory viruses, immunity, and T cells.
Shengnan Zhang obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from Northeast Forestry University in 2020. Currently, she is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, focusing her research on the development of respiratory virus vaccines.
Airu Zhu obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from Guangzhou Medical University in 2021. Currently, she is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, focusing on research areas in T-cell immunology against respiratory virus infection.
Jingxian Zhao obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from Jinan University in 2004. Currently, she is a researcher at the State Key Laboratory of Respiratory Diseases, Guangzhou Medical University. Her research has primarily concentrated on exploring the pathogenic and immune regulatory mechanisms of coronavirus infections in the respiratory and central nervous systems.
Jincun Zhao obtained his Ph.D. in Immunology from Peking University in 2007 and currently works at the State Key Laboratory of Respiratory Disease. His research is dedicated to exploring the pathogenic mechanisms of newly emerging respiratory and neurological infectious diseases in humans, with a focus on developing preventive and therapeutic strategies.
