Dr. Peng Ge is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Food Interdisciplinary Science, Dalian University of Technology. He graduated from Jilin University, China, and obtained his Doctor of Science degree as a direct PhD student in 2019. From September 2019 to June 2022, he engaged in postdoctoral research in polymer chemistry and physics at Jilin University. Since the end of 2022, he has been employed as an Associate Professor at Dalian University of Technology. His research directions are the preparation and application of special wettability materials and the preparation and application of multi-scale micro-nano structures.
Prof. Dr. A. M. Abd EL-ATY is a Professor of Pharmacology at Cairo University. He obtained his MSc (1996) and PhD (1999) degrees in Pharmacology and Toxicology at Cairo University. He was a visiting scholar in 2002 at the Department of Veterinary Medicine at the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. In 2003 and 2005, he conducted a postdoc fellowship, respectively, at the Pharamcogenetics Research Institute of the Central South University in Hunan, China, and the Pharamcogenetics Research Center of the Inje University in the Republic of Korea. He worked as a visiting professor from 2005 to 2007 at the Natural Products Chemistry Laboratory at Chonnam National University, and Foreign Assistant Professor at the Department of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Konkuk University. In 2009, he was appointed as a full-time professor at the Department of Pharmacology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University. He presented several communications at national and international congresses and published more than 300+ articles in international peer-reviewed journals.
