Liangqing Lyu was born in 1969. He received his bachelor's degree in computer science and technology from Beijing Computer College of China, Hefei, China, in 1992, and his master's degree in computer science and technology from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2001. He received his Ph.D. degree in computer application technology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018.
Since 1992, he has been with the National Space Science Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a scientist. His research interests include the application of computer technology and electronic information technology in space engineering: space data systems, software engineering, space systems engineering, space standardization, and space-integrated electronic systems.
