Hong-Li Li received an M.S. degree in operations research and control theory in 2013 and a Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics in 2016 from the College of Mathematics and System Sciences, Xinjiang University, Ürümqi, China. He is currently a professor and the doctoral advisor of mathematics and system sciences at Xinjiang University. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Southeast University, Nanjing, China. His current research interests include fractional-order systems, neural networks, complex networks, and control theory.
