Dr. Xianhao Fan received a B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering in 2018 from Guangxi University, where
he received his Ph.D. degree in 2023. He is currently engaged in post-doctoral research at Tsinghua University. He served as a Guest Editor of Energies and Front. Mater. and as a reviewer for IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TTE, IEEE TIM, IEEE TDEI, IEEE TPD, High Volt., ENG Appl. Artif. Intel, Neural Networks, IEEE Access, and IET Sci. Meas. Technol., etc.
Dr. Jiefeng Liu is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Guangxi University. He received his M.S. degrees and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China in 2011 and 2015, respectively. His major research interests include the field of condition assessment and insulation fault diagnosis for oil/paper insulation on high-voltage apparatus.
