Pro. Dr. Liang Zhang is a Distinguished Professor at Anhui Agricultural University State Key Laboratory of Tea Plant Biology and Utilization, Hefei, China. He mainly engaged in the research of tea quality (flavor) chemistry, with a particular focus on the flavor, efficacy, formation mechanism, and regulation technology of unique chemical substances in tea. He is also the Shennong Scholar Youcai Program Distinguished Professor and Leader of Anhui Province's Excellent Research and Innovation Team in Tea Flavor Chemistry.
