Gabrielle C Geddes is an associate professor of clinical medical and molecular genetics at Indiana University School of Medicine. She earned her MD from the University of Illinois in 2010, and completed her residency in pediatrics at Advocate Hope Children’s Hospital and Residency in Medical Genetics and Genomics at Medical College of Wisconsin. She is a pediatric medical geneticist who specializes in cardiovascular genetics. Her primary focus is improving the care for patients with congenital heart disease using genetics while still providing cost-effective evaluations and care.
Matthew D Durbin is an assistant professor of pediatrics at Indiana University School of Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and medical school at Wright State University. After medical school, he completed a residency in pediatrics at Loyola University Chicago and a fellowship in neonatal–perinatal medicine at Vanderbilt University. He is an attending neonatologist providing clinical service in the ICU and CVICU at the Riley Hospital for Children, Eskenazi Hospital, and St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. He is also a basic scientist at the Wells Center for Pediatric Research, focusing on the genomics and developmental defects leading to congenital heart disease.
