Dr. Nicolò Cangiotti is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Mathematics, Polytechnic University of Milan. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mathematics at the University of Udine in 2012 and 2016, respectively. He completed his PhD studies at the University of Trento in 2020. His research interests are various: from probability and stochastic analysis to calculus of variations and mathematical physics. Moreover, he recently approached the philosophy of physics and mathematics, focusing on the interpretation of Feynman diagrams and on the role of analogy in mathematical discovery.
