Grace Keane Tahmaseb received her B.A. in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology from Harvard University and obtained her M.D. at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis in 2021. She currently works at the Washington University School of Medicine in Saint Louis. Her area of clinical research interest crosses the fields of plastic and reconstructive surgery and ophthalmology. Specifically, she is interested in studying the prevalence of a condition known as corneal anesthesia, and the resulting outcomes, complications, and hospital costs associated with this condition.
Dr. Alexandra Marie Keane received her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Neuroscience from Washington University in St. Louis in 2015 and obtained her Doctorate of Medicine (M.D.) from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis in 2019, where she currently serves as a Resident Physician in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Her research keywords include improving functional recovery after nerve injury, gender disparities in plastic surgery, clinical outcomes research, and patient-reported outcomes.
Dr. Terence Michael Myckatyn is a Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is the Director of Cosmetic and Breast Plastic Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine. He completed an honors Bachelor of Science program in Human Physiology, and then earned his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. He completed his plastic surgery residency and fellowship training at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He serves as president of the Saint Louis Association of Plastic Surgeons (SLAPS). He serves on several committees with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). He has been recognized as one of the "Best Doctors in St. Louis" and "Best Doctors in America" by Best Doctors, Inc., and as a "Top Doctor" by Castle Connolly Limited.
