Prof. Dr. Shukho Kim is a Professor in the Dept. of Microbiology at the School of Medicine, Kyungpook National University, Daegu, South Korea. He was a Government Researcher at the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology (KRIBB), the Korea Disease Control & Prevention Agency (KDCPA), and Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). He earned a BS and Master's degree in Biochemistry and a PhD in Biology at Chungnam National University. His research interests include bacteriophages, multi-drug-resistant bacteria, phage endolysins, and biotechnology.
