Dr. Sara Rojas is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the
University of Granada. She completed her PhD at the University of Granada, in
2014, with a work focused on the synthesis of porous materials and their
application as drug delivery systems. After the PhD degree, she developed her
studies at the Institute Lavoisier in Versailles (2016) and the IMDEA Energy
Institute (2018) under a framework of a Marie Curie Individual Fellowship and
Atracción del Talento grant, respectively. Later, she joined the Biochemistry
and Electronics as Sensing Technologies group in 2021 and started her Ramón y
Cjala contract in 2022. Dr. Sara Rojas has published 49 papers in various
journals, which were cited by other works more than 1800 times. Her research
interest focuses on the development of porous materials for biomedical and
environmental applications.
