Dr. Ilona Górna received her master’s degree in food technology and human nutrition from the University of Life Sciences in Poznań in 2006. From the Poznan University of Medical Sciences, she earned a PhD in Pharmacy (2014). Now, she is the assistant professor of the Department of Bromatology at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences. Her skills and expertise include nutrition, functional foods, human nutrition, nutritional education, nutrition assessment, nutritional medicine, nutritional and metabolic diseases, body composition analysis, and vitamins.
Dr. Dagmara Woźniak is a doctor in the field of medical sciences and health sciences and a graduate of master's studies in the field of dietetics at the Medical Faculty of the Medical University of Karol Marcinkowski in Poznań, as well as postgraduate studies in the field of quality management at the University of Life Sciences in Poznań. She is also a certified assistant of the quality management system (PCBC), internal auditor of quality management systems and HACCP, and a member of the Polish Society of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition of Children. She gained professional experience, among other things, as a nutritional educator at the Greater Poland volunteering and as a dietitian at the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Poznań and the Gastroenterology Clinical Department, specialising in metabolic, internal, and internal diseases and dietetics, of the Clinical Hospital Heliodor Święcicki in Poznań. An active participant in numerous types of training, workshops, and domestic and foreign medical conferences, she is an author of scientific publications.
