Tian Luan, graduated from the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China with a Master's degree in Engineering. He is a lecturer at the School of Air Traffic Management of the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China, a professional engineer in air traffic control at the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and holds a Civil Aviation Flight Dispatcher License in China. His research interests include airspace planning, drone path planning, aerodynamics, and more.
