Sarah Adriana Scuderi received her Ph.D. in Applied Biology and Experimental Medicine from the Department of Chemical, Biological, Environmental, and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Messina, in 2023. She is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Institute Gustave Roussy. Her research interests mainly focus on atopic dermatitis; staphylococcus aureus; xyloglucan; pea protein; dimethyl fumarate (DMF); oxidative stress (os); Alzheimer’s disease (ad); Parkinson’s disease (PD); Huntington’s disease (HD); and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
