Hideki Yamaguchi is a Vice-Director and Chief at the Department of Cancer Cell Research, Sasaki Institute, Sasaki Foundation, Tokyo, Japan. He received his Ph.D. degree at the School of Medicine, University of Tokyo in 2002. He is a member of the Japanese Cancer Association, Japanese Biochemical Society, Japanese Association for Metastasis Research, Japan Society for Cell Biology, Metastasis Research Society, and American Association for Cancer Research. His research interests include cancer invasion and metastasis, molecular biology, and cell biology.

Makoto Miyazaki is a Research Scientist at the Department of Cancer Cell Research, Sasaki Institute, Sasaki Foundation. He obtained his Ph.D. from The University of Tokyo in 2017. He is a member of The Japanese Biochemical Society, The Japanese Association for Metastasis Research, The Japanese Cancer Association and The Molecular Biology Society of Japan.
