Dr. Fang Lv obtained her PhD degree in Pharmacy in 2005 from Peking University, under the supervision of Prof. Wenhan Lin. She currently works as an Associate Professor at the School of Life Science, Beijing Institute of Technology. Her main research interests include the isolation and structural elucidation of effective substances in natural medicines.

Dr. Yanbo Zeng obtained his Doctoral degree from Hainan University (China) in 2011. After two years, funded by DAAD and CSC, he conducted post-doctorate research at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Biology and Biotechnology at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf (Germany) in cooperation with Prof. Peter Proksch. He is currently working on marine natural products as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Tropical Bioscience and Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, Haikou, China. His main research interests include the isolation, structural elucidation, and the modification of bioactive secondary metabolites from marine organisms.
