Yu-Min Wei holds a Doctor of Economics degree from the School of Economics at Xiamen University, China. He is currently engaged in postdoctoral research at the School of Management, National Chi Nan University, Taiwan. Previously, he served as the vice president of First Securities Inc., a subsidiary of First Financial Holding Co., Ltd. He served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at National Chi Nan University, Taiwan, focusing his research on business development, international business, strategic management, financial management, and investment banking.
