Dr. Morana Jaganjac is a Senior Scientist at the Laboratory for Oxidative Stress, Division of Molecular Medicine, Ruder Boskovic Institute, Croatia. She obtained her PhD from the University of Zagreb in 2009. She was invited as the Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University College London from 2016 to 2020. Dr. Jaganjac has trained in several scientific areas and her most significant scientific contribution has been in the study of the role of neutrophils in the growth and regression of tumors. This work has led to the application for an international patent pertaining to her work. Her research interests include oxidative stress, lipid peroxidation, redox proteomics, mass spectrometry, mycotoxins and carcinogenesis. She has participated in many national and international projects in her research field. Dr. Jaganjac is a member of the management committee of the EU project COST Action CA19105 (2020–2024). She has authored/co-authored more than 70 publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Josipa Vlainić is currently working as a Research Assistant at the Laboratory for Oxidative Stress, Division of Molecular Medicine, Ruder Boskovic Institute, Croatia. Her research interests include Molecular Medicine. She is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Vlainić is a member of many international affiliations. She has authored/co-authored more than 60 publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
