Rogiros Illampas is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Minho. He earned his Diploma in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in 2007, obtained his M.Sc. in Conservation of Historic Buildings at the University of Bath in 2008, and received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Cyprus in 2014. Additionally, he holds membership in the Cyprus Association of Civil Engineers (CYACE) and the International Union of Laboratories and Experts in Construction Materials, Systems and Structures (RILEM).
Daniel V. Oliveira has a Bachelor's degree and a Master's
degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Porto and a PhD Degree in
Civil Engineering from the University of Minho. Currently, he is an Associate
Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Minho. His
main research interests are related to the experimental and numerical analysis
of traditional and heritage masonry structures, earthquake engineering, repair
and strengthening of masonry, earthen construction, vernacular stone heritage,
risk analysis and durability. He was listed in the World’s Top 2% Scientists
2022, by the University of Stanford (USA) and the Elsevier publishing group.
