Marco Vista is the head of Lucca Neurology. Since April 2021,
he, as the historic medical director, has been the head of the operational unit
which has its core activity in the treatment of ischemic strokes. He graduated
in Medicine and Surgery in 1989 from the University of Pisa, where he then
specialized in Neurology in 1993. In 1999, he then specialized in Physical
Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Universities of Pisa and Florence. Since
1997, he has been medical director of Lucca Neurology, and since November
2018, following the retirement of Dr. Monica Mazzoni, he has been the acting director of
the same complex operational unit. During his professional activity, he has
developed specialist skills in the neurological diagnostic and therapeutic
field, particularly in the management of pathologies with high clinical care
complexity. Since 1998, he has managed the company-wide clinic for adult
cognitive disorders (formerly UVA, now the Center for Cognitive Disorders and
Dementia).
Daniele Orsucci (Doctor of Medicine) is
currently working as a Consultant at the Azienda USL Toscana Nord-Ovest, Italy,
San Luca Hospital, Unit of Neurology, Lucca.
Orsucci’s skills and expertise include neurological diseases, neurodegeneration,
neuroinflammation, clinical neurology, neuropathology, neurologic examination,
and neuromuscular disorders.
