Prof. Dr. Gang Li is a Professor at the School of Chemical
Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, China. He obtained his PhD in Industrial Catalysis from the Dalian University of
Technology in 2000. After completing his PhD, he has
been working at the Dalian University of Technology. He was promoted to
Associate Professor in October 2002 and has been a Professor since January
2006. His research focus is on energy and environmental catalysis, environmentally
friendly catalytic chemistry, and synthesis and characterization of porous
materials (including zeolites, mesoporous molecular sieves, and MOFs). He has been
awarded fourteen Chinese invention patents and one second prize for national scientific
and technological progress. He has published more than 140 papers in international academic journals.
