Fufeng Liu graduated from the Chemistry & Biology College, Yantai University in 2002 and received a M.Sc. (2005) and Ph.D. (2008) from Tianjin University. He used to be an Associate Professor of Bioengineering at Tianjin University in 2011–2016. Currently, he is a Professor at the College of Biotechnology, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Tianjin, China. His research interests include enzymes, functional food, rational design, and molecular simulation.
