Dr. Lyazat Kusepova completed her postgraduate studies at the Chemistry Department of L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in 2001. Then, she was hired at L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University as a lecturer. In 2005, she became an associate professor. Her teaching discipline includes the chemistry of non-metals, the chemistry of complex connections, and the basis of physical and chemical analysis.
Dr. Gaukhar Tazhkenova obtained her doctorate in chemical physics from L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in 2003. After graduating, she worked at the Department of Chemistry of L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and became an associate professor in 2010. Her teaching discipline includes chemical pollutants and modern methods of surface analysis. Her research interests are physical chemistry, chemical chemistry, and colloid chemistry.
Dr. Togzhan Mashan obtained her doctorate at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1995. From 1997 to 2008, she worked at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Then, she joined the Faculty of Natural Sciences of L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and worked as an assistant professor, becoming a professor in 2020. Her teaching discipline includes the Basics of crystal chemistry (B), Chemical physics (B), Fundamentals of chemistry of nanomaterials (B), Chemistry of solid state (B), Physical methods of research (B), Structure of material (B), Applied Aspects of Nanomaterial (М), Methodologies and methods of scientific research (М), Structure of nanosystems and photonics (M), and Physico-chemical fundamentals of semiconductors (M). Her research interests include chemical physics, the chemistry and physics of burning and explosions, and nanochemistry and nanomaterials.
Dr. Karlygash Bazarbaeva received her master’s degree in chemistry from Abai Almaty State University and obtained her doctorate from the Bekturov Institute of Chemical Sciences. Currently, she is an acting associate professor at the Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology, L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Previously, she worked in the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan for eleven years. Her research interests include chemistry and biology.
