Prof. Pierre-Luc Michaud is a Full Professor and Division Head of Prosthodontics at the Dalhousie University Faculty of Dentistry. He received his dental degree from the Université de Montréal in 2007 and completed a specialization in prosthodontics in 2011. In 2021, he completed a Fellowship in Oral Oncology and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center. His research interests include biomaterials, implant dentistry, and surface bonding. He is a fellow and examiner of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, and a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry.
Prof. Vahid Adibnia is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Oral Sciences, School of Biomedical Engineering, Dalhousie University. He received his Ph.D. (Chemical Engineering) from the McGill University, Montréal, QC, Canada. Prof. Vahid Adibnia has authored/co-authored at least 31 publications with 840 citations and has an h-index of 14.
