Afef Saihi received an Engineering degree in Telecommunications from the Higher School of Communication of Tunisia (SUP’COM), and a Ph.D. in Engineering Systems Management (ESM) from the American University of Sharjah. She is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Industrial Engineering, American University of Sharjah, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Her research interests mainly focus on supply chain management, maintenance management, sustainable performance evaluation, digital transformation, and innovation management.
