Mikhail Paveliev is a Docent at the Neuroscience Center, University of Helsinki, Helsinki, Finland. Mikhail Paveliev received a Master’s degree in Human and Animal Physiology from the Department of Human and Animal Physiology, Kazan University in 1998. Mikhail Paveliev served as a Research student at the Institute of Protein ResearchInstitute of Protein Research from 1998 to 2000 and as a visiting CIMO student at the Center for International Mobility. Mikhail Paveliev studied as a Postgraduate student at the Institute of Biotechnology, University of Helsinki from 2002 to 2008, as a Postdoctoral researcher at the Neuroscience Center, University of Helsinki from 2009 to September 2016, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Danish Research Institute of Translational Neuroscience, Aarhus University, Denmark from August 2017 to July 2021. Mikhail Paveliev’s research interests include cell culture, signal transduction, primary cell culture, cellular biology, neuroscience, immunohistochemistry, cell biology.

Dmitry E. Chickrin received his M.S. degree in Telecommunications from the Institute of Radioelectronics and Telecommunications of Kazan State Technical University (KAI) in 2008. He received his Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications from Kazan State Technical University (KAI) in 2012. He co-authored 9 peer-reviewed publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science and received 2 certificates of registration of computer programs and 2 patents. Presently he works as an Associate Professor and Deputy Head of Division in Business Activities of the Institute of Physics of Kazan Federal University, Kazan, Russia. He is also a Senior Researcher of the research laboratory Perspective Systems of Orientation, Navigation and Communications at Kazan Federal University. His research field of interest lies in RTLS, SLAM, Inertial and Satellite Navigation Systems, Wireless and Sensor Networking, Antennas and Antenna Arrays, Radiolocation and Digital Signal Processing.
Albert V. Aganov is a Professor and since 2015 creator and chief of the Department of Medical Physics at the Institute of Physics at Kazan Federal University. He was dean of Physics Faculty (1991-2010) and founder and director of the Institute of Physics (2010-2015) at Kazan Federal University. Albert V. Aganov also holds membership in other professional societies, including editor of the NMR spectroscopists association journal (ASNMR) "NMR News letters" (1991-2009), president of the NMR spectroscopists association (ASNMR), academician of RNASc, creator and chief of International magnetic resonance center of KFU, creator and chief of Educational and scientific center 'Medical physics’ (till 2010), one of the founders and deputy chairman of E.K. Zavojsky youth award in physics committee, honorary Professor of Kazan Federal University, honorary Scientist of Russian Federation and Tatarstan Republic and etc.
