Anna Grenda is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pneumonology, Oncology, and Allergology, Medical University of Lublin, Lublin, Poland. She completed her PhD studies at the Department of Medical Genetics, Medical University of Lublin in 2015. Her research interests are cancer, lung cancer, DNA, RNA, miRNA, epigenetics, NGS, molecular testing, and microbiome.
Prof. Paweł Krawczyk is a medical doctor and laboratory diagnostician. He is the head of the Laboratory of Immunology and Genetics at the Department and Clinic of Pneumonology, Oncology, and Allergology of the Medical University of Lublin. He specializes in genetic and immunological diagnostics of cancer patients in qualification for molecularly targeted therapies and immunotherapy. He mainly deals with lung cancer patients. He has undertaken several lectures in the fields of oncology, genetics, and immunology delivered at domestic and foreign scientific congresses. He is a member of the editorial boards of several journals. He has participated in the organizational and scientific committees of several dozen domestic and foreign conferences. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the National Institute of Oncology in Warsaw and the Bioethics Committee of the Medical University of Lublin.

Janusz Milanowski has been employed in the Department of Pneumonology, Oncology, and Allergology since 1980. He specializes in internal diseases, lung diseases, and allergology. He obtained his doctorate in medical sciences in 1985 and completed scientific internships at the Pasteur Institute in Lille in 1987 and 1990. From 1990 to 1992, he was a scholarship holder at the United States National Academy of Sciences and worked as a senior associate at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health in Morgantown, West Virginia. In 1993, he obtained a degree of habilitated doctor and, in 1998, the academic title of professor of medical sciences. He is the author of 222 full papers in scientific journals and author and editor of four monographs. Since 1997, he has been the head of the Department and Clinic of Pneumonology, Oncology, and Allergology at the Medical University of Lublin. His main scientific interests concern allergic respiratory diseases, the impact of organic dust on the respiratory system, lung cancer, and genetic and molecular research. Currently, he is the chairman of the Lublin branch of the Polish Society of Lung Diseases and is a provincial consultant in the field of lung diseases.
