Dr. Simona Casarella is a PhD student at the Department of Health Sciences, University of Piemonte Orientale “A. Avogadro” in Novara, Italy. Her skills and expertise spans topics such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, Western blot analysis, immunofluorescence, SDS-PAGE, DNA extraction, RNA isolation, cell line and primary cell culture, protein purification, focal adhesion, cardiac regeneration, and regenerative medicine.
Dr. Federica Ferla is a master student in Medical Biotechnologies, University of Eastern Piedmont, Department of Health Sciences, Novara, Italy. Her research is focused on evaluating the involvement of integrins and focal adhesion complexes during cardiac differentiation, encompassing insights into and the applications of regenerative medicine.
Dr. Dalila Di Francesco is a joint PhD student at the Laboratory for Biomaterials and Bioengineering, CRC-I, Department of Min-Met-Materials Engineering, University Hospital Research Center, Regenerative Medicine, Laval University in Quebec City, QC, Canada and at University of Eastern Piedmont, Department of Health Sciences, Novara, Italy. Her research interests include matrix-bound nanovesicles (MBVs), extracellular vesicles, decellularised extracellular matrixes, extracellular matrix biomaterials, cell culture, biomaterial characterization, regenerative medicine, and tissue engineering.
Dr. Elena Canciani is an academic researcher at the Department of Health Sciences, Center for Translational Research on Allergic and Autoimmune Diseases (CAAD), University of Piemonte Orientale UPO in Novara, Italy. Her skills and expertise encompass topics such as histological staining, histology, histological analysis, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, osseointegration, microscopy, cell culture, bones, and protein expression.
