Dr. Alessandra Angelucci received the M.Sc. Degree in Biomedical Engineering and the Ph.D. Degree in Bioengineering from Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy, in 2019 and 2022, respectively.She is currently an Assistant Professor of Bioengineering at Politecnico di Milano. Her main research interests include biomedical instrumentation with a focus on wearable technology for physiological, environmental, and activity monitoring, design and integration of telemedicine platforms, and digital health solutions.

Chiara Paganelli is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electronic, Information and Bioengineering, Politecnico di Milano, Italy, currently working at the CartCasLab (https://www.cartcas.polimi.it/). She received her Ph.D. degree cum laude in Bioengineering from the same institution in 2016. Her research interests include medical image analysis and processing in image-guided radiotherapy, with a focused experience on MRI-guidance in external beam radiotherapy for anatomical and biological targeting.
Prof. Andrea Aliverti holds an M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering and a PhD in Bioengineering from Politecnico di Milano. He is now a Full Professor at the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering (DEIB), the Politecnico di Milano. In 2014–2024, he served as the Chairman (Coordinatore) of the PhD Program in Bioengineering at the Politecnico di Milano. He has published over 300 papers in various journals with the h-index of 46 (March 2024). He is also a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Applied Physiology (American Physiological Society), Respiratory Physiology and Neurobiology, Breathe, Sensors, Metrology. His research interests include respiratory mechanics, biomedical instrumentation, pulmonary functional imaging, wearable technology, sport technology, artificial intelligence applied to physiological data, signals, and images.
