Lu Xia is currently an assistant researcher and lecturer at
Central South University. She received her bachelor’s degree from Central South
University of Forestry and Technology in 2013. She received her PhD from
Central South University in 2019. From 2017 to 2019, she participated in joint
doctoral training at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases
at the National Institutes of Health. She chaired the National Natural Science
Foundation Youth Fund, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Special Grant,
the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the Hunan Provincial Young
Scientific and Technological Talents “Hejie” project, and participated in 6
National Natural Science Foundation projects.
Yi Zhang is currently an associate professor at the School
of Minerals Processing and Bioengineering at Central South University. He has
been working on clay mineral materials for over 10 years and has long engaged
in biomedical mineralogical material, pathological mineralization
bioinformatics, and biomimetic mineralized modification. He received a Ph.D. at
the Central South University. He has also contributed one edited book, one
edited book chapter, more than 40 journal publications (including Nature Communications,
Science Advances, Advanced Functional Materials, Science China Chemistry,
Applied Clay Science, etc.), eight Chinese innovation patents, and delivered
over 30 plenary/keynote/invited presentations.
