Dr. Andrés Calvache-Mateo is a Substitute Teacher at the Department of Physiotherapy, University of Granada. Dr. Andrés’s teaching lessons include Fundamentals of Physiotherapy, Electrotherapy and Heat Therapy, and Physiotherapeutic Methods in Neurological Pathologies. Dr. Andrés’s research interests mainly include COVID-19 and pulmonary rehabilitation.
Dr. Marie Carmen Valenza is a Professor at the Department of Physiotherapy, University of Granada, in Granada, Spain. Her teaching lessons include Biomechanics; Physiotherapy in Cardiorespiratory, Gerontological, and Pediatric Pathology; Methods in Cardiorespiratory, Gerontological, and Pediatric Physiotherapy; Doctorate Program in Clinical Medicine and Public Health; and Master’s Degree in Basic and Applied Neurosciences and Pain. Dr. Marie’s research interests mainly include chronic obstructive pulmonary disease medicine and health professions.
Prof. Dr. María Granados-Santiago has worked in the field of care in the private and public sectors with chronic and acute patients over the years. She has been working as a professor in the Nursing Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Granada since 2019. In her recent career as a researcher, she has belonged to the CTS-009 research group at the University of Granada since 2017. Currently, she has participated in 28 scientific articles indexed in the Journal Citations Reports (total citations: 86; H index: 6). In addition, she has published more than ten book chapters and participated in more than 100 communications of international and national conferences. Since 2020, she has collaborated as a reviewer for the European Respiratory Society Congress and high-impact journal articles. She also has participated as chair in the ERS Virtual Congress 2020 and the ERS Virtual Congress 2021. Finally, she has directed three final master’s thesis and six final degree projects since the beginning of her teaching activity.

Dr. Irene Cabrera-Martos is a university professor at the Department of Physical Therapy, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Granada. Dr. Irene's teaching lessons include Physiotherapy in Cardio-respiratory, Gerontological, and Paediatric Pathologies, as well as Neurological Approaches in Central Pathology, Neurodegenerative Processes, Parkinson’s, and Dementia. Dr. Esther Díaz-Mohedo is a Professor of Physiotherapy at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Malaga (Spain). She obtained her degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Málaga in 1994, followed by a degree in Kinesiology and Physiatry from the Universidad San Martín de Buenos Aires (Argentina) in 2006. She also holds a Master's degree in Research in Physical Activity and Sports from the University of Málaga, which she earned in 2010. She received her Doctorate from the University of Malaga in 2011. Her research interests mainly include pelvic floor dysfunctions and chronic pelvic pain.
