Dana-Teodora Anton-Păduraru currently works as an associate professor at the Department of Mother and Child Medicine, “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iaṣi, Romania. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 1990, and from the Faculty of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2018, becoming a Master in Clinical Nutrition in 2010. She received her PhD degree in 1998. She is a senior pediatrician, and her major research fields of interest are nutrition and metabolism diseases and cystic fibrosis. She was the regional coordinator of the National Health Programme for "Neonatal screening for phenylketonuria, congenital hypothyroidism, and cystic fibrosis” (2009–2012) and is the regional coordinator for “Cystic fibrosis in children” (2009–present). She was the project manager of the ESCRH grant “Developing and implementing an educational program for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases and unplanned pregnancy in adolescent girls from rural areas from North-Eastern Romania”.
Felicia Trofin is a specialist doctor in microbiology and an assistant lecturer in the microbiology department at "Grigore T. Popa" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi, Romania. She holds a PhD degree with her research theme focusing on "Diagnostic and Prognostic Markers in SARS-CoV-2 Infection". She has concentrated her research on studying the inflammatory and immune response, as well as describing SARS-CoV-2 infection. Furthermore, she has conducted original studies on products such as breast milk. She is passionate about studying the microbiome.
Codruța Olimpiada Iliescu Halițchi is a pediatric nephrology specialist. She was an expert in urodynamics and pelvic-perinatology at Sorbonne University, “Pierre et Marie Currie” Faculty, Paris in 2014. She was a
University Assistant at the “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 1999. She received a Doctor of Medical Sciences at the “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy. She is a member of the European Society of Pediatric Urology (ESPU), International Children's Continence Society (ICCS), International Continence Society (ICS), European Society of Pediatric Radiology (ESPR), and Society of Doctors and Naturalists Iași.
Carmen Iulia Ciongradi is an Assistant Professor in pediatric surgery at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Grigore T. Popa”, Iasi. She is a pediatric nephrology specialist. She received a Doctor of Medical Sciences from UMF “Gr. T. Popa” Iasi in 2008. She became an expert in urodynamics and pelvic perinatology at the Sorbonne University, “Pierre et Marie Currie” Faculty, Paris in 2014. She serves as a pediatric surgeon at the Hospital for Children Sf Maria Iasi. She is a member of the European Society of
Pediatric Urology (ESPU), International Children’s Continence Society (ICCS), International Continence Society (ICS), European Society of Pediatric Radiology (ESPR), and Sociatea de medici și naturaliști Iași. Her research interests include pediatric nephrology, general pediatrics, and renovesical ultrasound.
Ioan Sarbu is a lecturer in pediatric and orthopedic surgery at the "Grigore T. Popa" University of Medicine in Iasi, Romania. He obtained a diploma in medicine from the same university in 2005 and a Ph.D. degree in 2019. Starting in 2015, he worked as a pediatric surgeon and pediatric orthopedic surgeon in Iasi, Romania. He became an assistant professor at the university in 2011, ultimately dedicating the following years to his alma mater. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of EUPSA, IPEG, ESPES, and EPOS.
