Agata Kotowska, doctor of sociology, assistant professor at the Institute of Sociological Sciences of the University of Rzeszów. Conducts research in the field of social communication and mass media, social engineering, sociology of consumption, social gerontology, and the sociology of upbringing. Dr. Agata Kotowska is also interested in fashion as a communication system. Dr. Agata Kotowska also has qualifications and experience in the field of coaching.
Dr. Sabina Lachowicz-Wiśniewska currently works as an Associate Professor at Calisia University. She received her PhD at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences (2014 to 2018). From October 2018 to August 2021, she became an Assistant Professor at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. Then, she served as an Assistant Professor at West Pomeranian University of Technology (October 2021 to December 2022). She is also an Associate Editor of the Frontiers Journal of Nutrition & Food Sciences (FJNFS). Her research interests include food, natural products, etc.
