Prof. Dr. Agnieszka Zembron-Lacny graduated from the University of Wrocław in 1992 and received a master’s degree at WSB University in 2019. She has been an academic teacher at the University of Zielona Góra since 2013. From 2015 to 2019, she was the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. She has been the Head of the Department of Applied and Clinical Physiology at the Collegium Medicum of the University of Zielona Góra since 2015. She is the author of more than 100 scientific papers and publications in the field of medical and health sciences. For years, she has carried out research projects in the field of exercise immunology and the use of immunomodulatory substances in physically active people as well as the impact of chronic inflammation on the functional performance of the elderly and lifestyle exercise in immunosenescence impairment.
