Author Biographies

Dr. Longning Qi was born in Zhejiang, China, in 1979. He received his B.S. degree in communication engineering, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2001, 2003, and 2008, respectively. Since 2008, he has been working at the National ASIC System Engineering Research Center, Southeast University. His current research interests include low power design, GNSS tracking, sensor fusion, and indoor location.

Hao Cai received his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from TELECOM ParisTech, France, in 2013. Then, he completed his post-doctorate at the University Paris-Saclay, France, and became an Associate Professor in Communication Electronics. In 2018, he joined Southeast University, Nanjing, China, where he is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronic Science and Engineering. He is working on low-power MRAM design and device circuit design interaction.
