Dr. Gholamreza Khaksar currently is a Post Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University. He holds a Doctorate gained from the School of Bioresources and Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. He is investigating the role of ripening-associated transcription factors, such as Dof during post-harvest ripening of durian fruit. He hopes to study the mechanisms underlying different ripening behaviors among durian cultivars. He believes the regulatory network of transcription factors plays a major role. He is also interested in the role of plant growth-promoting bacteria, including endophytic bacteria in conferring resistance in host plants to environmental stressors, both biotic and abiotic factors. He is a member of the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (BMB).

Ms. Sudarat Kasemcholathan received her B.Sc. degree in Biology and M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology from Naresuan University in 2016 and 2020, respectively. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology at Chulalongkorn University. Her research interests focus on exploring the molecular mechanisms involved in floral development and carotenoid metabolism.

Prof. Dr. Supaart Sirikantaramas currently works as an Associate Professor at the Center of Excellence in Molecular Crop, Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He obtained a B.Sc. at Chulalongkorn University, a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. at Kyushu University, Japan. He utilizes omics-based technology to investigate the molecular mechanisms involved in fruit ripening and to discover bioactive and flavor-related compounds.
