Yule Liu is a Professor at the Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He received his Ph.D. degree at the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China in 1997. From 2002 to 2006, he worked as an Associate Research Scientist at Yale University, USA. His research interests include signal transduction and the regulation of plant immunity, and the molecular basis of plant viral pathogenesis, plant autophagy.
