Dr. Keila Valente de Souza Santana is a Postdoctoral at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism, University of São Paulo. She graduated from the State University of Rio de Janeiro and obtained a Degree in Geography in 2010. Then, she completed a Specialization in Environmental Analysis and Territorial Management at the National School of Science and Statistics, ENCE, Brazil in 2012. Subsequently, she got her Master's degree in Public Health and Environment from Fiocruz, and her Ph.D. in Global Health and Sustainability from USP in 2015 and 2023, respectively. She works in the field of environmental epidemiology studies, with an interface in the area of geoprocessing and remote sensing. She also has experience as a geoprocessing and health statistics analyst in the QGis and R software, respectively.
Dr. Sofia Lizarralde Oliver graduated (with a bachelor's degree) in Geography from Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" in 2010, obtained a master's degree and a Ph.D. in Public Health from the University of São Paulo in 2013 and 2018, respectively. She is currently a Full Professor at the University of Ibirapuera and an Hourly Professor at the Cenac University Center. She has experience in the area of Geoclimatology and public health with an emphasis on environmental health, working mainly on the following topics: climate, public health, cyanobacteria, water supply, and vitamin D. Besides, she is a member of the Association of Brazilian Climatological Societies.
