Dr. Marwan Alkassis is a reconstructive urology fellow at the University of Chicago Medicine. He has a license to practice medicine in Illinois. Before that, he was a urology resident at Henri Mondor University Hospital, Creteil, France, and at Hotel Dieu de France University Hospital, Beirut, Lebanon. He manages benign and malignant genitourinary conditions, as well as kidney transplantation. He has comprehensive knowledge and skills in endoscopic, open, laparoscopic, and robot-assisted surgeries.
Dr. Omer Raheem is an associate professor of urology at the University of Chicago Medicine, the Director of Men’s Health and Genitourinary Cancer Survivorship Programs, and an active member of the Society of Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons (SUPS). In his urology practice, Dr. Raheem provides the most advanced and complex urological procedures in the field of reconstructive and prosthetics urology, men's health, and sexual medicine, including approximately 120 penile implants, 25 artificial urinary sphincters, 20 male slings, and 40 peyronie reconstruction per year. Dr. Raheem’s research has been published in over 150 peer-reviewed journals and nine book chapters. He is currently the chair of the International Society of Sexual Medicine (ISSM) webinar series and chair of the SMSNA international liaison committee.
