Dr. Jack W. Sample is a Surgical Resident at the Mayo Clinic. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. Currently, he is in a two-year dedicated research training position as part of the Mayo Clinic Clinical Investigator (CI) Program, where he is
investigating targeted therapies for cholangiocarcinoma and the efficacy of a nanovesicle delivery system.
Dr. Marita Salame is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Indiana University School of Medicine. She was a Medical Doctor working as a post-doctoral research fellow at Mayo Clinic Rochester and interned at Hôtel-Dieu de France before. She received a Doctor of Medicine from the Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
Dr. Omar M. Ghanem is a researcher at the Department of Surgery, Mayo Clinic. He received his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Balamand and his American Bachelor at the University of Beirut. He is a member of the SAGES Patient Involvement Taskforce and Surgery Administrative Committee and is the leader of the ASMBS Foundation Board Development Committee.
