Feng Yan received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physics
from Nanjing University, China, in 1990 and 1993, respectively, and a Ph.D.
degree in electrical and computer engineering from Rutgers, State University of
New Jersey, USA, in 2002. Since 2009, he has been professor at the School of
Electronic Science and Engineering, Nanjing University. His main research
interests include device design and sensor design, as well as their
applications for biosensor design and VLSI imaging.
Xiaoli Ji received her B.S. degree from the Department of
Physics, Jilin University, and a Doctor of Engineering from the University of
Tsukuba in 1998. She is a professor at the School of Electronic Science and
Engineering, Nanjing University. Her research interests mainly focus on CMOS integrated
circuits; and Terahertz.
