Vincenzo Russo, MD, PhD, is a Professor of Cardiovascular Diseases at the University of Campania ‘Luigi Vanvitelli’ (Italy) and a Visiting Professor at the College of Science and Technology at Temple University (USA). He is a senior consultant cardiologist and electrophysiologist at Monaldi Hospital in Naples (Italy), where he serves as Chair of the Syncope and Neuromuscular Disorders Unit. He is vice-president of the Italian Society of Philosophy Doctorate (SIDRI), a Scientific Fellow of the Italian Society of Cardiology (SIC) and Italian Association of Arrhytmology and Cardiac Pacing (AIAC), and a Distinguished member of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA). His main scientific interests focus on Cardiac Rhythm Disorders, Cardiac Pacing, Clinical Electrophysiology, Syncope, Neuromuscular Disorders, Sudden Death, and Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy.
